2nd Floor Garage Apartment

In 2005 Wilson Building Company completed this large two-story garage and apartment building. On the 2nd floor of the building is an apartment with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, great room, bathroom, laundry, and stairwell. 

This apartment has high vaulted ceilings, with skylights and lots of recessed LED lighting. The walls have a stucco texture and the wood trim-work is clear pine 1x6 and recreates the original 1920 Homewood craftsman look. It’s a beautiful, modern, and comfortable home.
